About APC Workwear

APC Workwear is a family business established over 25 years.

APC - All Purpose Clothing - is what we aim to provide, whether for business, corporate, leisure or workwear. We stock, print and embroider a vast range of clothing and can therefore offer you an excellent service at the best possible prices.

ORDERING

You can place an order by telephone 0117 9533135, Fax 0117 9538646 or here on our website. Alternatively, call into our showroom. Our friendly staff will assist you with quotations, sample garments for sizing, take an order or help to meet your requirements. We can also arrange for our sales representative to visit your company premises with a selection of our stock range.

For orders of less than a mixed quantity of 8 garments there is a small order surcharge of £10.00 + VAT. New customers are required to leave a deposit proportional to the total cost of their first order.

WAREHOUSING

Our spacious and well organised warehouse enables us to stock an extensive range of garments and provide you with a fast, effective service. The whole process from order making, embroidery/printing and finally packing is carried out on-site, overseen by our dedicated staff.

DELIVERY

We can advise a delivery date when you order. This is approximately 2-3 weeks, depending on the season. You can either collect your completed order from our showroom or we can arrange delivery. A delivery charge of £7.00 + VAT per carton is required unless a prior arrangement has been made.

GUARANTEE

If you have a problem and are not completely satisfied with any of our products, please let us know. We value customer feedback and will do our very best to resolve any problems you might have. Any damaged or faulty goods must be returned as soon as possible for us to issue replacements or refunds. For plain garments or footwear, please retain proof of purchase and return within 28 days.

DESIGN

Our in-house design studio offers the latest in embroidery and print design technology to create intricate emblems to meet customer requirements.

PRINTING

Our silk screen printing process usually consists of a breast, chest or back design. This is normally 1 colour only, but up to 3 colours are available at an extra cost.

EMBROIDERY

We offer a very competitive embroidery service using state of the art equipment. Whether it's subtle wording or a complex emblem, our advanced computer design software will meet the challenge. An initial swatch sample can be produced for your viewing at no charge. Once approved, your design will be embroidered straight onto garments by our highly trained staff using our computer controlled embroidery machines.
