HOW TO ORDER

Ordering couldn't be easier, however you will need to set up an account with us first.

What do I need to do to become a customer?

• Let us know the garments you would like and we will send you no obligation samples for you to assess.

• Simply send us your logo, or if you don't have one give us a call and we will set one up for you.

• Place your order (minimum of 10 mixed items is required) and we'll embroider the garments with your unique logo and ensure they are delivered to you on the day you need them.

ARTWORK SET-UP CHARGES

To set up your embroidered or printed design, all we require is an example of your logo in paper format (i.e. a print, fax or photocopy), disc format (i.e. CD or floppy disk) or image format (i.e. jpeg, pdf, etc.) via email.

The print, embroidered text and badge costs shown on this site are based on a single left breast design, embroidered or printed onto the garment. The price includes both the embroidery or printing, and the garment.

Initial artwork set-up charges for printing

1 colour print = £30.00 + VAT, 2 colour print = £40.00 + VAT, 3 colour print = £50.00 + VAT

* Additional printing on garments = £3.00 + VAT per garment
e.g. Another logo on right breast, arm, leg or back.

* Additional charge for extra colour per print = £1.50 + VAT per colour
e.g. 3 colour design would incur an extra £3.00 + VAT to 'print' prices listed in brochure.

Initial artwork set-up charges for embroidery

Embroidered text = Free of charge
Embroidered badge = To be quoted on viewing design. Actual cost is dependant upon the number of stitches required to produce the design

* Additional embroidery on garments = £4.00 + VAT per garment
e.g. Another logo on right breast, arm, leg.

* Back embroidery on garments = To be quoted on viewing design
We only embroider enlarged text across the back of garments. We do not enlargedesigns/logos.

* Embroidery on own garments = £5.00 per garment (Based on 1 single left breast design)

We will embroider onto your own garments if you have something you would like personalised that we don't stock. We require you to sign a disclaimer, as we are not liable for any damage. We do not print on own garments.

Heatseal names and numbers

Individual name only = £5.00 + VAT
Individual number only = £5.00 + VAT
Name and number combined = £8.00 + VAT

Reflective heatseal stickers

Light reflective logos = Number of options available - SECURITY, RECOVERY, ENGINEER, etc.
Small breast design = £3.00 + VAT
Large back design = £5.00 + VAT
* The above costs are to be charged in addition to plain price garments.

DELIVERY CHARGES

A delivery charge of £8.00 + VAT per box will be added to your invoice to cover shipping costs, within the UK only. If you would like to confirm the final charge for charges abroad, please contact us.

VAT

VAT is not included in any pricing listed on this website, unless otherwise stated. VAT is payable on all rateable products and charges, at the current rate.
