Deals and offers

The Face Cover Masks are designed to aid defence against the spread of infection. They make no assurances that they can prevent transmission or infection of disease or viruses. They are not a medical or clinical face masks and as such should not be used for this purpose, they should not be used under any circumstances where infection level is high and in any exposure to high level heat sources or combustible substances. Remove and do not use the mask if you are suffering breathing difficulties or skin irritation. Please also note Face Masks are non-returnable for health and safety reasons.

Free logo when you spend £100 applies to one design application only. Can be either embroidery or screen print, with embroidery breast size only, and screen print one colour only. Must be the same design on all garments ordered. Additional position design applications are charged from £3.00 +vat per position, per garment. Setup charges of £20.00 +vat per design apply to all new and amended artworks. Design application can be made to the majority of garments, but not all. Certain applications may hinder garment properties. Free delivery when you spend £100 applies to UK mainland only. 5%, 10% and 15% off is applicable on individual full garment prices only, prior to artwork and delivery charges. Excludes all Work Packs, Bulk Deals, £100 Deals, £250 Deals, £500 Deals and offers.

Personalisation of certain Jackets may hinder weather resistance, and as such is added at customer's own risk. Personalisation of flame resistant garments may hinder protective properties, and as such is added at customer's own risk.

Promotional Items free logo screen print is one colour only. More colours can be added at an additional cost. Business card full design will be proofed no more than three times for amendments. Additional proofs will be charged at the usual artwork setup charge rate.

Work Packs, Bulk Deals, £100 Deals, £250 Deals and £500 Deals free artwork set-up and application is in one position only. Can be either embroidery or screen print, with embroidery breast size only, and screen print one colour only. Must be the same design on all garments ordered. 

Order turnaround time is approximation only, and may be longer during busier periods, if there is a delay with artwork confirmation by the customer, or due to garment supplier issues. Any returns of plain items are made at customer’s own expense. We cannot accept returns of personalised garments. APC Workwear cannot be held responsible for any damage to customer’s own garments. These are supplied for personalisation at customer’s own risk.

Any accessories pictured are not included. Add £1.00 +vat to listed prices for sizes 3XL, dual size 4XL/5XL, ladies 20, 19.5” collar, 44” trouser and all respective sizes above. All prices are plus vat unless otherwise stated. Prices, sizes, colours and terms listed are correct at time of listing and are subject to change without notice. Colour swatches are a guide only and are as representative as the screen being viewed on allows. Not all colours available in all sizes.

All offers are while stocks last. APC Workwear reserves the right to withdraw offers at any time.

 

Placing your order

We will accept orders by telephone, email or via our website. If your company uses Purchase Order Numbers, please give this when you place your order. At times your order may be delayed due to shortage of stock, or by supplier error. APC Workwear Limited reserves the right to substitute an item with a close alternative should stock be unavailable. We make all efforts to keep items in stock, but in certain circumstances and due to demand we may need to reorder. You will be notified if there is a problem with your order.

Please make sure to select the correct garment size by checking with our online size guides. Please also note that online garment colour swatches are for reference only, and are as close a match as the viewing screen allows. Shades may also vary across different brands. Once the order is finalised and agreed, no amendments will be possible. Any amendement or cancellation requests at this time will incur a supplier restocking fee of 20% of the garment value, per item.

 

Design

We will accept designs by email, instore or via our website, and JPEG or PDF formats are preferred. Upon receipt of design, you will receive a proof (or proofs) within approximately 5-7 working days. Set-Up Charges may be applicable. Please check carefully, sign if correct and return. Once we have approval, processing of your order can commence.

Free embroidery is limited to text only and of Breast size (approx 25 characters and 10cm square). Must be the same design on all garments ordered. 

Due to working with various sized ready-made garments we are unable to guarantee the exact logo positioning on each and every garment.

We are able to apply designs onto customer’s own garments, however this is offered entirely at the Customer’s own risk to their clothing.

All decorations used on this website are to show the decoration of the garment only. The logos and trademarks displayed, and any copyrights subsisting therein, are owned by their respective proprietors. The illustrations are to show the quality and decoration methods available and do not imply in any way whatsoever an association between the proprietor of the logo / trademark and APC Workwear Limited.

 

Payment terms

If terms are agreed, payment is due 30 days from the date of the invoice, otherwise payment is due on collection / despatch. We reserve the right to obtain a 50% deposit on your first order. If the 'Pay On Account' payment method has been selected and no terms have been agreed, payment must be made within 7 days or the order will be cancelled.

For overdue accounts, we reserve the right to apply an interest charge of 2.5% per month or part thereof for overdue invoices and to withhold further supplies until the arrears are paid. In the event of APC Workwear Limited having to use a collection agency to recover outstanding debts, a fee amounting to 30% of the total debt will be added to cover the cost of collection.

 

Title of goods

The risk in the goods passes to the purchaser upon despatch, but the property in the products sold shall not pass to the buyer until the buyer has made full payment in respect of the products. The title shall remain fully in the name of APC Workwear Limited until the goods are paid in full. Collection order items not picked up from our Collection Point within 3 months from date of payment will be disposed of or returned to stock, and any previously made payments will be forfeited.

 

Delivery

For online orders below £100, all UK mainland deliveries are subject to a £6.99 +vat carriage charge and once complete will be sent out as Signed For, Next Working Day, unless otherwise agreed. This offer does not apply to any orders placed by email, phone, or at our Bristol Showroom. For international deliveries, APC Workwear will not be responsible for any import tax or customs duty payments, if owed. This will be the customer's responsibility to settle before receiving into respective countries.

 

Loss or damage in transit

In the case of damage or shortage, the customer must notify both the carrier and APC Workwear Limited immediately upon receipt of the order.

 

Vat and pricing

Vat is not included on prices listed on this website, unless otherwise stated. Vat is payable on all rateable products, at the current rate.

All prices listed on this website are per garment / item unless otherwise stated. All prices and colours are correct at present time and are subject to change without notice.

 

Returns policy

In the event of queries, claim, damages or short delivery, notification must be given in writing within 5 days of delivery/collection date. APC Workwear Limited accepts no responsibility for incorrect customer ordering of size, colour or type of garments.

 

School Uniforms

All sizes 13-14yrs, 14yrs, 14-15yrs, 34", XS, S and above will incur an additional cost, and be plus vat. Although we work hard to meet completion dates, turnaround times are not guaranteed and may fluctuate during busy periods. Due to certain supplier shortages, garments may need to be substituted for a like-for-like equivalent. Early Bird Discount is valid until 7th August 2022. Only one use per customer, and only valid on first order placed. Applies to school garments only. Excludes delivery charge.

 

Garment care

Grooming and trimming

Through no fault of quality, pilling and bobbling can occur when fibres work loose if there is excessive friction on certain fabrics. A gentle brush usually resolves this issue.

 

Washing

Shrinkage is commonly caused by overheating in the washing machine or tumble drier, particularly on 100% cotton garments. Always follow the washing guideline instructions on the label.

Where screen printing or heat sealing has been applied, garments should be washed no higher than 30 degrees and never tumble dried to ensure maintaining application.

 

Chemicals

Protect garments against direct contact with chemicals such as bleaching agents in the wash, or perfume, etc.

 

Ironing

Ironing at temperatures that are too high can cause unsightly shine marks on matt fabrics. Remember that man-made fibres are vulnerable to high heat. Turn down the iron, iron inside-out or cover with a damp tea towel beforehand. Screen printed or heat sealed designs should never be ironed.
